Walter Morgan brings more than 16 years of experience in the Multifamily Industry. He started his career with Black and Decker managing the Home Depot business in North Carolina and Virginia. He then went to HD Supply and was promoted quickly to National Account Manager focusing on clients in Virginia and the Carolinas. After seven years with HD Supply, he left to establish a renovation and capital division at Response Team 1. Within two years, RT1 was established as a national brand in the multifamily industry serving 80% of population. Walter earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland (College Park). He resides in Cary, N.C., with his wife and two daughters. When not working, he enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Chris Fortune brings over 17 years of experience in the Multifamily Industry. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Triangle Apartment Association. He started his career in the industry with The Apartment Finder working with management companies to achieve their marketing goals. He then went to Diversified Flooring a locally owned company where he was involved in everything from sales to production. After 4 years with Diversified, he left to join RT1 Renovations as a Project Manager for the Triangle Area. Within 2 years, he was promoted to Director of Project Management overseeing all renovation projects nationwide. Chris Fortune holds a BS from East Carolina University and currently resides in Raleigh, NC with his 2 boys. When not working, he is either coaching or transporting his sons to their sporting events.
