AJ has worked at Red Rhino Group for five years. He is the Capital Projects Department Head. In that role, he communicates with project managers, clients, and vendors to make sure the project runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

“In our line of work you will eventually run into a snag or issue on a project,” AJ said. “It’s important for us to be able to come up with a solution quickly and communicate with our clients before it ever becomes an issue. My experience in construction allows me to help solve any of these issues in a quick and efficient manor.”

AJ’s favorite Red Rhino Group Project: St. Mary’s Square clubhouse. “I love a challenge and this particular project had some of them,” AJ said. “But what really made the project awesome was everyone involved (property staff, owners and designers). Sometimes blueprints don’t always line up with what’s actually onsite, or there is issues behind walls that are unforeseen. Any issue we ran into I communicated the problem and gave two or three solutions. On this project I got a response to an issue within 5 minutes and they went with my suggested solution. In the end it turned out exactly how the designer envisioned it and it was gorgeous.”
