Red Rhino Group will engage with architects and designers to help develop a scope of work for the client. At times, we've hired the architect, as the designer has already come up with the plans. Full turnkey if requested for construction. But we let the designers handle the FF&E!

Our project manager is onsite every day during execution. We don't hire "turnkey" subs and send them to a project. One of the biggest complaints we hear from the market was "we never see the GC after the contract is signed". Not here at Red Rhino Group. We manage our jobs.

Though we can do a clubhouse "refresh", we are positioned to execute more complicated projects. Some jobs are complete transformations of the space.

We can’t say it enough. Designer, Designer, Designer! We are not designers. We have a real appreciation for what they do. It's tough to look at a blank canvas and come up with a vision. They are the artists. We simple run the "brush".

The sky’s the limit on amenity projects. At Red Rhino Group we love taking on projects that others may shy away from. These projects are even better if we have the chance to learn a new technique or two. The ultimate goal is for the property to separate itself from their competitors down the street. The quality of our painting work all comes back to project management. Our project managers are onsite daily during the process. Whether it's hanging wet paint signs, getting product to the painters, pre-walking the next location receiving paint, or punch walking the area that just received paint...it takes an onsite project manager for each those tasks.

We've done some great interior hallway projects with full color changes. One client had Red Rhino Group install chair railing. We’re biased but we think the project turned out fantastic. And exterior painting projects are a breath of fresh air. We always love seeing the finished project.

Mockups are a part of every paint job we do. We always make sure that is included so the client can make the best decisions. Renderings are good, but seeing paint on the surface makes a big difference.

We like to work with paint vendors to specify the materials that way the client gets a solid material warranty. We are working hard with honesty and integrity making sure our projects stand the test of time.
